Whats New

The Colorado Uniform Partnership Act of 1997 went into effect January 1, 1998. It applies to all partnerships, including limited liability partnerships, formed after that date and general and limited partnerships formed before that date, provided those entities elect to be governed by it.

Our general civil practice area includes a mixture of legal matters. It encompasses transactional matters such as the formation of various types of entities, the closing and negotiation of a business deals, the execution of leases, the purchasing of assets, etc. It also includes some types of litigation such as family law and landlord/tenant disputes.
